EVENTS AT CASCADES HUMANE SOCIETY
Join us for a "Work Bee" event at CHS! On August 7th, 2023 from 9 am until 3 pm we will be hanging out at CHS, putting our building back together after it was painted. We will be organizing, cleaning, and having fun! Snack and drinks will be available. (Plus you'll get to see some cute animals while you're here!) This is a group activity, so invite your friends and family! The more the merrier. You do not have to stay the entire time between 9am and 3pm. Any time you are able to volunteer is appreciated! (Children must be 13 with a guardian or 16+ to volunteer alone. You do not have to be an onboarded volunteer to participate but if you enjoy spending time with us, we would be happy to have you join our volunteer community on a more permanent basis!!) Bees are vital to the cycle of life in the ecosystem. In the nonprofit community, volunteers are the bees. Volunteers are not just valued add-ons to nonprofit work; volunteers are central to what we do!!
