EVENTS AT CASCADES HUMANE SOCIETY
We are excited to announce that, once again, our friends at Sandhill Crane Vineyards are working with us at CHS to roll out a fun and safe Wine & Whiskers event! Our cat-awareness wine-tasting and food-purring fundraiser event debuted in April 2018 at the lovely Forty Nine South bringing together wineries from across the Jackson and surrounding areas. It was a wildly successful event, and helped raise much-needed funds for homeless, sick, and abandoned pets at CHS. It started as an in-house event where guests would mingle and taste wine purr-fectly paired with a complimentary food item, but was forced to take on a smaller, more intimate role in 2020 as we faced a world-wide pandemic. Knowing how important fundraising events are for CHS, our friends at Sandhill Crane Vineyards provided a solution by offering to host the event for us. So, how does it work?
