    Feline Flow Yoga with Laurie Lewis

    11am-12pmCascades Humane Society's Community Room

    Come to our Feline Flow Yoga, a beginner Vinyasa style Yoga class with cats! We will flow with standing, seated and supine poses among our feline friends. Join our registered Yoga instructor, Laurie Lewis, for an hour of peace, relaxation and giggles. Meowmaste!

    Each of our feline friends are available for adoption. Adoption staff will be available after class if you are interested in visiting and perhaps finding a friend who is in need of a forever home!

    Classes are $10 each. Please bring your own Yoga mat and towel. A limited number of mats are available for a $2 rental. 100% of proceeds will benefit the Cascades Humane Society.
